Nikah Service
Masjid-ut-Taqwa provides Nikah (Marriage) services.
Prior to contacting the Masjid or Imam for marriage/Nikah services, please ensure the following procedures and arrangements have been made in preparation:
Bride's Guardian and Two Witnesses
The Bride must be represented by an authorized male relative (Wali). (If you are unsure who qualifies for a Wali, please contact the Masjid)
Mahr
The mandatory gift or amount to be paid by the Groom to the Bride at the time of marriage as per Islamic teachings. The Mahr should be discussed and agreed upon by both parties before the Nikah ceremony to avoid disputes and misunderstandings.
Once the marriage license is obtained, and the above-mentioned requirements have been met, please contact the Masjid or Imam to arrange an appointment for the Nikah ceremony.
Friday Prayers
Weekly congregational prayers are held at Masjid-ut-Taqwa.
The sermon is delivered in English and Arabic.
Winter Timing:

- Jumma prayers will start at 1:00PM
Summer Timing:

- Jumma prayers will start at 2:00PM
Counseling Service
In addition to offering a place of worship, Masjid-ut-Taqwa is actively supports in serving the community through counseling referrals, whenever needed based on the following circumstances:
